Level 3 Emergency First Aid At Work

1 Day (6 Hours)

Ofqual approved course. All successful students will be issued an EFAW certificate lasting for 3 years.  comprising a minimum of 6 hours of practical and theoretical training covering responsibilities; assessment of the situation; first aid hygiene; resuscitation; anatomy; choking; bleeding; shock; epilepsy; minor injuries and dealing with an unresponsive casualty. Compliant with Health & Safety Executive code of Practice.

Depending on your organisation's risk assessment for first aid provisions. We recommend the 1-day course if you work in a lower-hazard environment (offices, shops, libraries).

Certification:

Practical assessment is ongoing by the instructor throughout the day. A three-year level 3 award in emergency first aid at work will be issued to the learner.

Level 3 First Aid At Work

3 Days

Ofqual approved course. All successful students will be issued a FAW certificate lasting for 3 years. This FAW course covers all aspects of basic life support including CPR, bleeding, unconsciousness, choking, head injuries, sprains and strains and a vast range of First Aid conditions that you may experience in the workplace.

 

Depending on your organisations risk assessment for first aid provisions. We recommend the 3-day course if you work in a higher hazard environment (engineering, food processing, warehousing, working with machinery, construction, chemical manufacture)

Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid

1 Day (6 Hours)

This one-day course is ideal for those who are responsible for children or infants.
This course partly fulfills the requirements of OFSTED and the Early Years Foundation Stage, which require you to have 12 hours of Paediatric first aid training (If this is your requirement, then the two-day level 3 award in paediatric first aid would cover the 12 hours required).

Level 3 Paediatric First Aid
Units 1 & 2

2 Days

If you are a teacher, child minder, work in a nursery or playgroup, and are responsible for the welfare of the children or infants in your care. Then we recommend this 2-day course.
This 2-day course satisfies the criteria as laid down by OFSTED and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
